Eyebrow threading guru, Rekha Salwi, has formed the National Eyebrow Threading Association. NETA is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on educating the public about the ancient cosmetic technique of eyebrow threading and in assisting eyebrow threading technicians, practitioners and artists throughout the United States.
